Molly Thorpe writes Regency romance, with a particular fondness for heroines who refuse to behave, heroes who are equal parts enthralled and faintly exasperated by them, and endings that are always happy (with plenty to keep the characters occupied before then). Her stories delight in wit, emotional honesty, unexpected hijinks, and the thrill of women choosing their own futures, even when society would very much prefer they didn’t.

She lives in Canada with her husband and a frankly excessive number of children (both human and furred and scaled and hoofed and webbed) and can usually be found surrounded by books, half-finished cups of tea, and an ambitious writing schedule.
